3.6 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption, secure servers, and regular security assessments.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This retention is necessary to comply with applicable financial regulations and to handle any billing disputes.

For other personal data, we retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, subject to the above exceptions.
